Janny Ware

Hello friends and Aj. Taylor,

Here is my research. My comic is completed! I am very proud of it.
I have done all the research I need. I only need to put them up. I don't have PRICES of the statues and comments yet. I just need to visualise them more properly.

I found that it is almost like a gamble. The more expensive the statue is, the more chance you
will get your wish! my IDEA is to put up vending machines along the pathways. When one put the coin in, the drink will be dropped out from any other machines around it. That person has to walk around to find which machine has his/her drink. or There won't be at all. It is very brief idea.

Though, I am still thinking how I can design or use landscape to translate "commercial" and gamble all together.

Thank you everyone, hope you like it
apologises for the late submission. I hope Aj. Taylor, you have time to look at it and leave comment.

P-UP2 (more still comin, im at Chiang mai: sorry for the delayed)

SITE: i 've chose to to the field part of the site since the area are condensed with trees. I planned to use the trees as one of the major part in the project. Trees itself can create numerous types of feelings for the people whom are under or near it. For example during night time, tree branch shadows can create an illusion that can terrified ones who are near it. Since these yantra tattoos are something that are mysterious and "some" prefer it as scary since it is part of dark magic, having it involves with the surrounding as much as possible might be a great idea, maybe. Imagine walking in a space where the top are surrounded with tall thick branches and only dim light can pass through and the tattoos are portrayed by the alley where the people are walking. I think it can provide a sense of something mystical and dark pretty well but i'm still figuring out the program on the way.

(I'll get the rest posted when i get back to BKK which i think is tomorrow, sorry)

Or's Pin up2

** Sorry for the late pin-up. I was outta town and just got back.

This is the fixed map of the statue around Chulalongkorn University.
The diagram shows in triangular form as placed the statue on top because people respect the statue and praise. Below the statue is the people behavior of how they are so desperate that they need to go ask the statue for something then they got what they want and they buy something for the statue back in return.

I'm working on the program and model. I will post it soon.

Geng's updated work

Goooood morning!
starting with the research on " The Benefits of Green Space "

Interaction with gardens and natural spaces offers a variety of mental, physical and social benefits for humans, ranging from stress reduction, quicker healing, and mitigation of Attention Deficit Disorder in children to decreasing crime and air pollution. Sustainable sites consider human energy and creativity as a renewable resource, recognizing the potential for healthy living and employment conditions. City planners, governments, and ordinary citizens are only just beginning to appreciate the tangible benefits of green spaces and take advantage of opportunities for improving quality of life in urbanized areas.

􏰀 Stress and violence reduction

􏰀 Improved concentration

􏰀 Enhanced health

􏰀 More rapid healin

􏰀 Improved environmental conditions

􏰀 Crime reduction.

􏰀 Increased workplace productivity

􏰀 Positive effects on children

I HAVE CHOOSE THE POND AREA SITE because the site have several program that I'm interested in, and the activity have their exact time, unlike the field which have only sport, and it can be predict what time-date they are playing.

the activities on the site are ...

Add more on The program, Due to the research on the benefits of

Green spaces, those activities are located on the "very green" space

now a day people doesnt involve much on to it, like for the "feeding animal"

program, only few of the student went there, so i want to design elements that

"bring people more to the space" and a space like a univeristy, student should

i've more relax time from studying, and I think the "Green space" is one effective way.

SMELL IS AN INVISIBLE LANGUAGE

Sice smell is an invisible language, i will create a scent that

suit for each program on the site, creating benefits and control

people.

The device that are use as a odor diffuser are the seat

For the seat i want it to be an multi-purpose seat, which yes I

still keep the concept "Green space" so i inspired it by the grass

chair, as an example.

this are the plates on the device, and for the COLOR I'm thinking of spraying a smoke color too.

because color is also one of the element that can changes people behavior and mood.

Bung's pin-up 2

The last plate shows that if people respect the tree spirit, they will get merited, while if they disrespect they will get punished.

This is what I've edited
